Water efficiency labelling scheme (WELS)
The New Zealand WELS is designed to inform consumers with water consumption and water efficiency
information to help them make a smarter decision when purchasing water-using products.
Rest assured that all Englefield’s tapware components are fully tested and comply with the AS/NZS 6400 standards.
Look out for the WELS sticker on your next tapware purchase.
CARE AND CLEANING: TAPWARE AND ACCESSORIES
To maintain a beautiful finish, clean only with warm soapy water. Rinse with clean water and dry with clean water and dry with a soft cloth. Never use any harsh or abrasive cleaners on chrome or other finishes on tapware. This can damage the plating over time, causing corrosion, and is not recommended.
WARRANTY
Accessories, 10 years. Tapware, 15 years.
Shower heads, 5 years. Shower hoses 2 years.
