After 44 years at our Diana Drive premises in Wairau Valley, Auckland,
Kohler NZ Ltd is excited to announce our relocation to a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility at:
20 Industry Drive, Whenuapai, Auckland
This significant investment reflects our commitment to continued growth and delivering an even better experience for our customers.
Important Transition Dates!!!
Showroom Closure
- Current showroom closes: 20 July
- New showroom opens: Monday, 14 September
Operations Closure
The following services will be temporarily unavailable:
- Warehouse
- Dispatch
- Spare Parts
- Courier Services
- Collections
- Closure period: Midday, 31 July
- Operations resume: 8:00am, Monday, 10 August
Order Cut-Off
- To ensure orders are dispatched before the move:
- All orders required for dispatch on 30 and 31 July must be received by lunchtime on 29 July.
Customer Support During the Transition
Throughout the relocation period, our:
- Customer Service Team
- Technical Service Team
will remain available to assist you and answer any questions.
Our Sales Representatives and Customer Service team will also work directly with stores to review sales pipelines and manage order placement requirements during the transition.
